Soba and Slaw Salad with Peanut Dressing
Jock and Angie introduced us to this salad. It’s very versatile, and I’ve yet to find anyone that doesn’t like it. You can use either chicken or shrimp, especially if using it as a main course, or without any meat, a great side salad especially for a barbecue or buffet since there are no greens to wilt!
