  1. Saute onions and mushrooms and shrimp in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Make a white sauce using 4 tablespoons of butter, flour, chicken broth, milk, lemon juice.
  3. Add the mushroom, onion, shrimp mix into 3/4 of the sauce. Spread the rest of the sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Fill crepes with shrimp mixture and roll placing seam side down in sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses and dot with butter
  4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes. Two crepes are the usual serving size.
