Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. package frozen raspberries or 2 cups fresh berries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
- Thaw berries and simmer with sugar until sugar is dissolved and berries are soft. Smash with a potato masher. Add cornstarch and stir until translucent. Either cool and strain or puree in food processer. Add a tablespoon of raspberry liquor. ( optional)
