Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Crisco and butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg thoroughly. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Drop dough 3 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten crisscross style with a fork dipped in flour. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
