  1. Marinate fish in wine and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Drain fish and coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion, and dill. Spread over halibut like frosting.
  4. Place in baking dish and moisten with 1 ounce white wine and 1 ounce water. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until it flakes when pierced with a fork.
