Ingredients
- 4 8 ounce fresh halibut steaks
- 1 cup dry white wine chardonay
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
- Marinate fish in wine and salt for 1 hour.
- Drain fish and coat with bread crumbs.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion, and dill. Spread over halibut like frosting.
- Place in baking dish and moisten with 1 ounce white wine and 1 ounce water. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until it flakes when pierced with a fork.
