drained (sometimes found in Hispanic food section of store)

black eyed peas

avacados
diced

green onion
thinly sliced

red wine vinegar

tobasco sauce
to taste
fresh cilantro leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. If doing the night before your party don’t add the avocado or cilantro until just before serving.
