Well it’s the end of April and we got the tomato plants in a couple of weeks early. All this thanks to an abundance of sunshine and warm weather and Jason, the tomato king of Moses Lake. It may be just a little early but it got me thinking about one of Joe’s favorite foods—- Fried Green Tomatoes . We had to fix them two or three times a season to satisfy that West Virginia country urge. Now you can enjoy the fruits of your labors too 🙂
