phyllo tart shells

ounces
Brie
1/4
cup
raspberry jam
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place empty tarts in oven for 5 minutes for crisping. Remove from oven.
Place a scant teaspoon of brie in each cup. Do not fill cup with cheese.
Place in oven for 5 more minutes to soften cheese.
Remove from oven and place a dollop of the raspberry jam opposite the cheese. Serve immediately.
