Brie and Raspberry Tarts

This is a quick and easy little appetizer.  It would be a good idea to keep these ingredients on hand during the holidays for those unexpected guests.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place empty tarts in oven for 5 minutes for crisping. Remove from oven.
  3. Place a scant teaspoon of brie in each cup. Do not fill cup with cheese.
  4. Place in oven for 5 more minutes to soften cheese.
  5. Remove from oven and place a dollop of the raspberry jam opposite the cheese. Serve immediately.
