- 2 packages phyllo tart shells
- 8 ounces Brie
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place empty tarts in oven for 5 minutes for crisping. Remove from oven.
- Place a scant teaspoon of brie in each cup. Do not fill cup with cheese.
- Place in oven for 5 more minutes to soften cheese.
- Remove from oven and place a dollop of the raspberry jam opposite the cheese. Serve immediately.
