  1. Let the beer stand open at room temperature until flat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, parmesan, parsley salt and garlic powder. Stir in olive oil, egg yolks and the flat beer, beat until smooth.
  3. Fold in stiff beaten egg whites.
  4. Dip vegies in the batter and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) a few at a time until golden in color. About 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels , salt and serve.
