This recipe was given to us by one of our dearest friends, Susan Standish. Just like her, you can always count on it to be one of your favorites!!! I know we are trying to avoid fatty, fried, foods but there are times when you just need to let your hair down and enjoy your vegetables. This is the perfect way to do it!

Beer Batter Vegetables
Instructions
Let the beer stand open at room temperature until flat.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, parmesan, parsley salt and garlic powder. Stir in olive oil, egg yolks and the flat beer, beat until smooth.
Fold in stiff beaten egg whites.
Dip vegies in the batter and fry in hot oil (375 degrees) a few at a time until golden in color. About 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels , salt and serve.
