This salad is a McGowan favorite. It’s one of Jeff’s specialties. It is a must at Thanksgiving dinner! The make -a-head feature is as appealing as the taste. A real winner!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 head head iceberg lettuce
- 1 pound bacon fried crisp and crumbled
- 1 package frozen petite peas
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 package frozen cauliflower steamed until tender, well drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Salad Elegance

Instructions
- Chop lettuce and place in bottom of the bowl. Start layering other ingredients. Spread frozen peas on to of lettuce first( to keep the lettuce chilled). Then add the green onions, steamed cauliflower.
- Spread the mayonnaise over the salad sealing to the sides of the bowl. Top with the bacon crumbles and sprinkle with the Salad Elegance. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Toss before serving.
