So the first thing you have to do is come to Moses Lake and go fishing.  J.D. is the expert in the family on that subject.   Actually ,  I’m sure any nice , flaky, white fish will work well with this recipe.   Getting them fresh from the Lake  to the frying pan  is a real bonus…
