Fabulous Chunky Chili

Why would anyone make chili when its so easy to open a can?  Because it tastes better and it’s fun to do!  This recipe may be cut in half, but you will love having extra chili in the freezer:)

Manicotti

In our family this recipe is called “Myron’s Manicotti”.  This was one of my Dad’s favorite recipes to cook and serve.   It became a family favorite, so much so, that it was the entrée at Jock and Angie’s wedding!
