Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Soup

Prep time: 30 minutes  Cook time: 8 hours  Difficulty:   Serves 8

Hits the spot on a cold day in January!!!

1 lb. ground beef

1 can corn

1 can green beans

2 carrots, diced

2 celery ribs, diced

1 onion, diced

4 potatoes, diced

salt and pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1/2 dill

1 bay leaf

1 large can V-8 juice

Mix together in crock pot and cook on low 8 hours

You can substitute canned vegetables with fresh or frozen.
