Parties, Salads, Uncategorized Angie’s Salad Posted by mcgowanmealsandmemories on March 30, 2016 Prep time: 30 min. Difficulty: Serves 12 This isn’t our Angie’s salad, but that’s how the family identify’s it, hence it’s listing. We prefer the Honey Poppy Seed Dressing on this salad of many flavors. 1 head each of red and green ruffled lettuce 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, or pecans 2 apples cut in bite size pieces 1 cup red grapes sliced in half 6 mushrooms , sliced thin 3 kiwi, sliced thin 1 cup dried cherries 1 cup crumbles feta cheese bacon bits tossed or served on the side This salad is a great side for any bar-b-cue menu!!! The fruit in it makes it good with ham too. We had it this Easter. Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading...
